The Petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 7.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 49652 of 2013 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on their behalf that they are not accused in any other case, but, since there was three cases pending against the Petitioners, such an affidavit could not be filed.
The Petitioners have filed this fresh application for anticipatory bail.
Since this second application for anticipatory filed on behalf of the petitioners is not maintainable, the application is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29834 of 2014 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the Petitioners to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 70 of 2012 and seek regular bail.
