JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-05-2017 In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for directing the respondents to make payment of post retiral dues such as pension, leave encashment, group insurance, gratuity, general provident fund.

The petitioner superannuated on 28.02.2015 as Assistant Teacher.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General in which it is stated that the pension papers of the petitioner was sent by the District Programme Officer (Estt.), Madhubani vide Memo No.46 dated 08.09.2015 and on receipt of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9553 of 2015 dt.25-05-2017 2 / 2 the same pension, gratuity and commuted value of pension has been authorized and authorities were issued on 23.10.2015. Another counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in which it has been stated that the petitioner has already been paid the entire admissible dues of G.P.F., Group Insurance and Earned Leave and nothing survives to be paid.

Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed during pendency of the writ application, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
