The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father in law of the informant, who alleged that on the order of the petitioner her sister in law and brother in law poured Kerosene Oil on her body and set her ablaze.

It is submitted that petitioner is simply an order giver. Petitioner did not even touch the body of the informant. The informant is still alive. The doctor has not given the percentage of burn injury found on the body of the informant. Petitioner is in jail since 25.04.2015.

No.29726 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three and half months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015.
