The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier case diary was called for in the present case which has been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is against one Rajat Kumar Pandey who is said to have received money for installation of mobile tower. Only allegation against the petitioner is that he is one of his allies. He further submits that save and except this, there is no other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30482 of 2015 (3) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of our weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihar in Chhataun P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
