2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 59807 of 2022. While rejecting the regular bail petition, it has been observed in the order dated 04.04.2023 that the deceased suffered injuries prior to her death and, blood was oozing out from her mouth and nostrils.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the regular bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on three grounds:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59774 of 2023(5) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 (i) The petitioner is suffering from ailments, (ii) The child, born out of the wedlock of the couple is still in custody of his maternal uncle, (iii) The medical report does not corroborate the injury suffered by the deceased.

4. In my view, there is no fresh ground for reconsideration of the earlier order by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. However, the Jail Authorities, Khagaria are directed to take every endeavour for best treatment of the petitioner. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/AKV U T
