Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 294 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8, 20(b)(ii)(c)22 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Act), Sitamarhi.

The allegation is recovery of 60 Kg Ganja from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the huge quantity of Ganja recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner, which is above the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected. (Purnendu Singh, J) manish/- U T
