2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 151/ 2024 dated 17.05.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 452, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, has been languishing in jail since 25.06.2025, the prosecution story mentioned in the FIR is completely fabricated in order to escape liability arising out of murderous attack upon the petitioner for which he remained under treatment at ANMMC, Hospital, Gaya, injury report's copy of the petitioner has been filed as Annexure P-5 and so far as the injury of the informant's son, Sohail Khan, is concerned, he sustained only a simple

No.56526 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 injury, as per his injury report, and the informant's second son, who is said to have also been assaulted by the accused persons, was not medically treated. It is further submitted that petitioner's brother entered into an agreement for sale of land with the uncle of the informant and others and since, the informant and his family members wanted to grab that land, the petitioner was assaulted and in this regard, specific statements have been made in paragraph nos. 8 and 10 of the petition.
4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and genesis of the occurrence, as stated above, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 151/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
