2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have abducted the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has deposed in the trial that she was in relationship with the petitioner and she went with the petitioner on her own. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 198 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.
