From the record it appears that the matter was referred to the Meditation Centre for meditation. It appears that the outcome of the meditation proceeding is not on record. It has been submitted by the counsel for the Opposite Party no. 2 that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner on 17.04.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 10911 of 2013 is subject to restoration of matrimonial harmony between the parties and in view of the development subsequent thereto and since there was no restoration of matrimonial harmony between the parties, the order dated 17.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10911 of 2013 culminated into cancellation of the provisional bail on 30th May

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30444 of 2014 (8) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 2014. In the instant proceeding also after getting the matter referred for meditation, the petitioner is still subjecting her to cruelty and torturing her in various ways. To this extent she has also filed a petition on 16.09.2015 before the Court below. In the aforesaid circumstances, no useful purpose is served by keeping the matter pending and there is no occasion to exercise power under Section 482 Cr.P.C in favour of such petitioner.
