2. Today, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 has submitted that the original documents are lying with the petitioners.

3. This argument should have been advanced during hearing of the anticipatory bail application and it seems that now as a desperate measure, this argument has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction of his client.

4. The anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2403 of 2021 is hereby confirmed.
