The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 47-A of the Excise Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 250 Kg. of Jawa Mahua and 50 litres of country made liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Excise Case no. 111 of 2012, Tr. No. 4074 of 2013.
