JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The dispute relates to selection of Anganbari Sevika of Ward No. 12 of Dhabauli Purbi Panchayat, in the district of Saharsa. The respondent No. 7 has been selected for the said post on 09.07.2019 as has been stated in paragraph 10 of the writ application.

The petitioner has remedy under the Guidelines for Selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika for the Rural and Urban Area under the Integrated Child Development Services2019, which apparently the petitioner has not availed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18883 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file her objection/appeal before the appropriate forum in the light of the said guidelines. It is indicated that if any question of limitation arises before the authority because of delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching the authority, the authority shall condone the delay and decide the case of the petitioner on merit, if any objection is filed within three weeks from today.

This application is disposed of with the observation as above.
