Learned counsel for the petitioner while informing that the petitioner in view of the assurance given at paragraph 18 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents has gone and joined at Gwalior, submits that since the assurance has been given by the authorities considering his request for posting at Muzaffarpur or Mokama, they may consider and dispose of the same.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Administration) on behalf of respondent no.5 and thus, in view of the assurance given to the petitioner for consideration of his request regarding posting at Muzaffarpur,
Patna High Court CWJC No.8192 of 2017 (4) dt.03-08-2017 Mokama or any place around Patna so that his son could be continued with the treatment, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent no.4 to pass appropriate orders in this regard within six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
