The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/36/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Seizure list shows that nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. From perusal of the first information report, it is apparent that even the apprehended persons did not take the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68668 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 name of the petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
