2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 315, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a minor victim.

4. The minor victim has made allegations of rape against the petitioner and the allegations are also supported by the witnesses including the parents of the victim.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2024.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
