JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application pertains to payment of salary not paid to the wife of the petitioner and as such the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondents including the District Education Officer, Supaul to ascertain whether the wife of the petitioner has actually worked for the period, claim is made for payment of salary.

In the event, on verification of record, if it is found that the wife of the petitioner has actually worked and not paid salary for the period the wife of the petitioner has worked, necessary order for payment of salary may be passed by the District Education Officer, Supaul within a period of three
