In view of the pendency of Miscellaneous Case No. 56/2012 before the court of the District Judge, Bhagalpur, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Judge, Bhagalpur to expedite the matter and dispose of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur as well as the Bihar Religious Trust Board should also cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case.
