The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2015 for the offenses under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 419, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that by means of proxy, he opted job as Constable. In the name of the petitioner somebody else appeared in the examination. When this fact was detected, the petitioner was apprehended by the police. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2019.
