2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in view of admitted land dispute between the parties who are related to each other.

4. Considering that the informant has sustained injury on his head which is dangerous to life resulting from the assault attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
