Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1958 C of 2016 filed under Sections392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged on account of previous enmity since this petitioner had given information petition against the present complainant. The prosecution story of committing robbery is false and baseless.

No.29444 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is a habitual offender and he does not deserve to be granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and the allegations levelled, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
