2. In view of the averments made and materials brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State Bank of India, it is agreed at the Bar that substantial grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
4. However, if the petitioner feels that any further amount remains unpaid, she shall be at liberty to file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.10882 of 2015 (11) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 8. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, and if the respondent no. 8 feels that he is not the competent authority, it shall be his responsibility to forward the representation to the officer concerned for consideration. The representation filed shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned order within four weeks from filing of such representation.
