JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that after investigation, police submitted charge sheet against the petitioner in the year 1995 but petitioner could be arrested in this case in the year 2016, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, taking note of previous conduct of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, his prayer for bail in connection with Kuchila P.S.Case No. 01 of 1995, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, stands rejected. However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
