Petitioner is said to have caused miscarriage to the informant.

According to prosecution case, the alleged occurrence took place on 05.02.2015 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged on 13.02.2015 i.e. after eight days of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
