2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 20.09.2024, informant's mother was found dead in the house. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused including this petitioner committed murder of his mother, since on 13.09.2024, this petitioner had threatened him with dire consequences on mobile due to dispute over opening door towards street.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has raised only suspicion against petitioner and other co-accused because of land dispute between the parties. During investigation, none of the witness has claimed to have seen the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S.
