This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1035CA of 2006, disclosing offences under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married sister of the husband of the informant. Considering the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that she has no concern with the family of the husband of the informant, after her marriage, she has been dragged in the present case, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32594 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 1035CA of 2006, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
