Pursuant to the order dated 24.3.2022, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that the petitioner would be vigilant in future in stating about his antecedents. It is further submitted that the trial in the learned trial Court has proceeded and the case is fixed for argument and judgment on 8.4.2022 and as such he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

In view of the contents of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner on 6.4.2022, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
