Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 101 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Petitioner never demand any dowry nor tortured the informant ever. Petitioner undertakes to give Rs. 2000/- per month to the informant for her maintenance, as stated in paragraph 3 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 101 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
