2. The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to remove encroachment of the Government land bearing Mouza-Jainagar, Thana-Chhoradana, Khata No. 138, Khesra No. 1081 area -0.01-0 of the Gairmajarua land.

3. The representation dated 27.07.2023 sent to the Circle Officer, Chhoradano, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to be considered by the Circle Officer.

4. If the Circle Officer finds any encroachment then

Patna High Court CWJC No.12489 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 he will initiate an encroachment case and decide the same after hearing all the parties.The entire exercise must be completed within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
