The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and is said to have confessed his guilt before the police. Except confession of the petitioner and other co-accused there is no direct or circumstantial evidence against the petitioner. Similarly situated accused Randhir Kumar Ram has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
