Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,423,467,474,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining employment on the basis of forged B.Ed. certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact there is dispute in the school of the petitioner, which is minority run school, and petitioner is Headmistress and she has challenged the dismissal order and the writ is still pending and there is no material available on record to show that her

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and on her so surrendering she will be released on provisional bail till submission of charge sheet with condition that she has to cooperate in investigation, otherwise her bail bond shall be cancelled. However, once charge sheet has been submitted and case is found true against the petitioner she has to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of material available on record at that time. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
