ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.255 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 354A, 354C, 354D of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is absolutely false.

However, considering the nature of allegations made and that after the amendment made in Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code by the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27795 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 2013, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
