The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Total 972 liters of Nepali country-made liquor has been recovered from an open field of Vishaka Jha. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
