JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking note of criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, and hence, his prayer for bail in connection Session trial no. 92 of 2013, arising out of Piprasi P.S.Case No. 31 of 92, pending in the court of 1st Additional Session Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran, stands rejected. However, the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, is directed to ensure that the case of the petitioner is sent to running court and, after that, the concerned court shall expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37614 of 2016 (3) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 the same as early as possible even by taking trial of the petitioner on day to day basis.

Let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah, so that he could ensure the presence of the prosecution witnesses as and when it is required by the concerned court.
