JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in preparation of dacoity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is driver and he is in custody since 25.4.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
