Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and above all, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

It appears from the impugned order that except the confessional statement as well as suspicion coupled with criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
