The petitioner is aggrieved by certain act of the respondents for which he has also approached the respondent no. 1 by filing a representation on 04.07.2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to dispose off his representation dated 04.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the State does not object. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands
