The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was only a worker of the company and petitioner took money from the persons, deposited the same with the company and given receipt of the deposit. There is not even a single chit of paper on the record to substantiate the allegations. Petitioner has no criminal history. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event
