2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted one mobile, one motorcycle and Rs. 16,000/- from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2025.

5. Considering the recovery of the looted mobile phone from the petitioner which points out the involvement of the petitioner in the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
