2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner assaulted son of the informant over his head by sharp cut weapon and doctor found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
