ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 148/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/302/328/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased lady had already surrendered and the present petitioners are the family members against whom there is omnibus allegations. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that these petitioners have no role to play and

Considering the fact that the petitioner No. 1 is the married Nand of the deceased and petitioner No. 2 is the similarly placed Gotni of the deceased whereas petitioner No. 3 is the mother-in-law who is aged and ailing, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-13, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 148/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
