JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 registered under Sections 498(A), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the opposite party no. 2/wife is living with the petitioner with full honour and dignity. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.56869 of 2022(7) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
