2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the last line of paragraph 3 on page 2/3, the word '17 years' has been typed inadvertently in place of '70 years'. He further submits that while disposing of the writ petition a liberty was granted to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Nalanda within one week from the date of the order whereas the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.20042 of 2021(5) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 order was uploaded on the website on 06.09.2023. As such, the petitioner has only one clear day. He submits that the next day 07.09.2023 was a holiday on account of Krishna Janmastmi festival.

4. In this view of the matter, in the last line of paragraph 3 on page 2/3, the word '17 years' be read as '70 years' and the time for approaching the petitioner to the Collector, Nalanda is extended by further one week from today. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U
