The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 408, 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have not made over charge with regard to solar light for the years 2008-09 and 200910. It is submitted that the petitioner handed over the charge and joined his new assignment. The petitioner has already superannuated.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
