The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.154 of 2018 on 05.11.2018 vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60890 of 2018. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.3,000/- (Three Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
