For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. S. Paswan, G.P.-29 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek quashing of the first information report (for short "the FIR") of Buxar Town P. S. Case No. 138 of 2015 dated 30.03.2015

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.698 of 2015 dt.04-02-2016 2/2 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that allegations made in the FIR are absolutely false and fabricated.

3.

Be that as it may, this is not the stage at which the Court would appreciate the defence of the petitioners. The facts mentioned in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.

4.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, it is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
