The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 113/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the demand of ransom has been attributed to three persons and there is nothing specific against the present petitioner. It is further submitted that other two co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of regular bail vide orders dated 05.09.2019 and 21.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55767 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 51852 of 2019 respectively. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is not having any criminal
