The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 520 of 2017 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim lady is major. It is also submitted that petitioner never kidnapped the victim lady, rather she was in love affairs with one Sagir Khan and married with him. Petitioner has no concern with the victim lady. Further submission is that this case has been lodged under misconception of the real fact, which is clear from Nikahnama, Annexure-2.

No.55777 of 2019(7) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 520 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
