ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.16 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as the allegations under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 379, 504 and 506/34 are concerned, the petitioner has no role to play. However, it is alleged that the petitioner has indulged in snatching of Rs.1500/- from the pocket of the husband of the informant, which has been added in a casual way as against the present petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27774 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 considering the entire nature of allegations, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.16 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
