2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. As a matter of fact, at the time of appointment, after thorough verification by the higher authorities and being fully satisfied, petitioner was appointed.
5. Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation it has come that Madhyama marks sheet submitted by the accused petitioner
