2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022, instituted under Sections 30(a), 34 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 55 litre country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case Petitioner had no knowledge about the seized liquor. He has no concern with the same. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a Safai Mazdoor in Patna Municipal Corporation and residing in a joint family house. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57366 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Excise1, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
